MegaTokyo Character List

Names of Japanese characters are in the Japanese order: family name first, given name last. The Kanji versions for many of them can be seen here.
Note: I've kept the character descriptions relatively spoiler-free for the benefit of people who haven't read the entire MT archives yet and so that it's less work keeping them up to date. Even so, the best way to learn who these people are is to just read the comics.
Some character pictures and descriptions were stolen from the Who's Who in MegaTokyo page by Erin Gaston because she did such a good job.

Core characters

Piro
Piro
An avid manga/anime fan, especially shoujo and dating sim games. Horrible when it comes to real girls.

Ping
Ping
Ping is a prototype of the Sony SEVS-44936, a new Playstation 2 accessory that will allow the player to interact with the main girl in any visual novel or dating sim. She's very real, and doesn't handle rejection well at all.

A real, honest to goodness Japanese schoolgirl. Yuki finds herself mixed up with Piro and company after discovering Piro's incredible drawing abilities.
